This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Salvo AI ("Salvo AI," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Salvo AI web-based service available at salvoai.net and any associated features, functionality, and content (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable subscription fees, Salvo AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service via web browser for the duration of your active subscription (or trial period, as applicable) solely for your internal business purposes.
This license does not include any rights to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties, or to create derivative works based on the Service or its underlying technology.
The Service is delivered entirely through the web browser — no download or local installation is required. Access is provided through a registered account on salvoai.net. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share your account with other individuals or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. Each account is licensed to a single user or entity as specified in your subscription tier.
New accounts are eligible for a free trial consisting of up to 5 prospect generations. No credit card is required to start a trial. Upon exhausting the 5-generation limit, your account enters a locked state — it does not automatically convert to a paid plan.
Salvo AI offers three subscription tiers billed on a recurring monthly basis: Starter ($49/mo), Growth ($249/mo), and Scale ($499/mo). Features are gated by tier. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Salvo AI uses artificial intelligence to generate outreach emails, prospect research, campaign recommendations, and in-app chat responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service's email features complies with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other anti-spam regulations applicable to your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to contact each prospect.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service; use it to send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of law; impersonate any person or entity; use automated tools to scrape data from the Service; or attempt to circumvent access controls.
Salvo AI maintains strict per-user data isolation. Your data is private and never shared with other accounts. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless you request immediate deletion at contact@salvoai.net.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALVO AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per AAA rules, conducted in English.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Salvo AI platform and related services. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
By registering for an account or using the Salvo AI service ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Salvo AI provides a web-based autonomous prospecting and outreach platform. The Service includes: automated prospect discovery and research, AI-powered email outreach and sequence automation, campaign analytics and reporting, CRM integration tools, social media monitoring, and AI assistant chat functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; all activity that occurs under your account; and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use at contact@salvoai.net. You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
Salvo AI offers both a free trial and paid subscription tiers. All paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The free trial provides up to 5 prospect generations and view-only functionality. The trial does not include email sending capabilities. Upon trial expiration, your account is locked until you activate a paid subscription.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, text, and graphics — are owned by Salvo AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (email providers, social platforms, CRMs). These integrations are governed by the respective third parties' terms of service. Salvo AI is not responsible for the performance, availability, or practices of third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SALVO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salvo AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our EULA.

This Privacy Policy describes how Salvo AI collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use the Salvo AI platform and related services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently and responsibly.
When you register, we collect: name, email address, phone number, account type (individual or business), company name (if applicable), and hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.
We automatically collect information about how you use the Service: pages visited, features used, session timestamps, IP addresses, browser type and version, and device information. This data is used to improve the Service and for security monitoring.
You may upload or generate prospect lists, campaign templates, email copy, and related business data. This data is stored securely and is private to your account. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
If you use the AI Assistant feature and have history saving enabled, your conversation messages are stored. You may disable storage at any time in Settings → Privacy. Disabling clears existing history and stops persisting new messages. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service; authenticate your identity and manage sessions; process payments via our third-party payment processor (Stripe); send transactional emails (password resets, billing notices); improve and optimize the Service; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with: service providers who help operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements; law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law; successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice to you).
Salvo AI maintains strict per-user data isolation. Your prospects, campaigns, outreach logs, and AI chat history are private to your account. No other user can access your data. We do not use your data to train shared models or populate shared datasets.
We retain your data for the duration of your account and for up to 30 days after account termination or cancellation. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting contact@salvoai.net.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including: encryption of sensitive credentials (AES-256-GCM), HTTPS for all data transmission, secure session management with HttpOnly cookies, parameterized database queries to prevent injection attacks, and regular security monitoring. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including: access to your personal data; correction of inaccurate data; deletion of your data; portability of your data; objection to certain processing; restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@salvoai.net. We will respond within 30 days.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (HttpOnly session cookie). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use essential operational cookies.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us immediately at contact@salvoai.net.
All data is stored on servers located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
